Schlenkerla Helles is boiled in the same copper kettles and bottom fermented by the same yeast as the historic Schlenkerla Smokebeer. Its subtle smokiness without using smoked malt makes Schlenkerla Helles Lager a unique representation of the classic lager beer style Bavarian Helles.
