Bavaria is known worldwide for its delicious beer specialties and centuries-old brewing tradition. Upper Franconia, the world's record-breaking region, is located in northern Bavaria. With the highest concentration of breweries in the world, the region is affectionately known as "Beer Franconia" or "Region of Gourmet." This region is the home of our brewery and the place where we create our delicious, typically Bavarian beers.

Traditional Bavarian brewing

We brew all of our beers according to the Bavarian Purity Law and recipes that have been passed down from master brewer to master brewer for generations. Using the four permitted ingredients, our brewers demonstrate their craftsmanship every day. Using only water, malt, hops, and yeast, they create delicious Bavarian beer specialties such as Helles, Hefe-Weissbier, and Bockbier. Our brewers are passionate about brewing honest, delicious beers that are straightforward and quintessential to the Bavarian way of life.

Best raw materials

Where possible, we source our brewing barley directly from local farmers and our yeast comes from our own pure culture.
