The originally clear liquid is a traditional peppermint liqueur invented in Berlin during the times of the socialist GDR. The spirit made from water, pure alcohol, sugar, and peppermint essences is very smooth and slightly syrupy with a strong, fresh mint flavour.

This Luft is so delicious, it is my favourite thing after a day at work. My son got me some when he was in Germany and since then I’ve been getting it from German liquor in Queensland. Service is great and delivery is swift. Thanks for everything. I also buy other beers and drinks. Suzan Eishauer.
