I forgot my password; what do I do?
For security, we don’t send passwords over email. On the sign in page, you will see a section called “Forgotten Password”. Simply follow the instructions.
What payment methods are available?
German Liquor accepts PayPal payments. Via this payment gateway you can use Visa and Mastercard. We don’t accept direct debits/bank transfers.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
German Liquor delivers premium german liquor all over Australia. When it comes to delivery costs, they vary depending on location (such as regional or metro areas). The shipping estimate is calculated in the basket and confirmed at the checkout.
Estimates are available in our delivery information.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
German Liquor does not ship separate parts of one order to multiple locations. You must make a separate order and put in the individual address.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on location. The estimate on delivery time is displayed alongside the cost. There is more information available in our Delivery Information section.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in an email from the courier. This will allow you to check the status of your package and when it is estimated for delivery.
Are there conditions for accepting the delivery?
Yes. Due to Australia’s liquor laws, only people over 18 can accept the delivery. The courier has the right to ask for identification.
You have the option to provide delivery instructions, such as permission to leave the products at the address provided and where to place the package. Unfortunately though, due to liquor laws and circumstances the courier might be unable to do this. If you miss the delivery, the delivery driver will leave a note with instructions on organising pick-up or redelivery.
Can I return my items?
German Liquor doesn’t accept returns and exchanges. We do, though, exchange products that were damaged in transit. In the rare event of this happening, please call us and we will refund you the cost of the order, minus shipping. German Liquor has the right to ask for proof of the damage or fault before delivery.
