German Liquor delivers products all around Australia. The total cost of delivery and times of delivery vary depending on your postcode and if you live in a regional or metro area. Estimates are presented at the checkout.
Are there conditions to accepting the delivery?
Yes. Due to Australia’s liquor laws, only people over 18 can accept the delivery. The courier has the right to ask for identification.
You have the option to provide delivery instructions, such as permission to leave the products at the address provided and where to place the package. Unfortunately though, due to liquor laws and circumstances the courier might be unable to do this. If you miss the delivery, the delivery driver will leave a note with instructions on organising pick-up or redelivery.
After your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email with a tracking number from the courier. You can use this to track the status of your package.
Should you receive products that were damaged in transit or faulty, please call us and we will refund you the cost of the order, minus shipping. German Liquor has the right to ask for proof of the damage or fault before delivery.
Is it possible to ship to more than one address?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to multiple locations. If you want to send products to different locations, you must make separate orders.You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
