Crystal-clear brilliance and lively sparkling carbonic acid are the outstanding features of Maisel's Weisse Kristall and make it a wonderfully exuberant refreshment. Due to the special composition of sun-ripened wheat varieties and brighter barley malts, fermented and aged with our special white yeast, unfolds at first sip a balanced bouquet of different fruit flavours of ripe banana to a slight citrus note, which mixes at departure with the typical, slightly spicy wheat beer flavour. A predicate for a particular quality.
